There are multiple warehouses ,like in China, the United States and Europe. So we will match the best shipping location according to the customers’ address based on the Proximity principle.

After you submit the order and the payment is successful, we will usually arrange the delivery within 48 hours. After delivery, we will submit the courier tracking number on the website. You will receive the courier tracking number in about 72 hours, stepping on your tracking information.

Quality Warranty

From the time you put your order, you have:

⚪ 12 month of all CNC brand products and other machines and kit those value more than $200 and 6 months that value under $200

During this period, if there's any deficiencies found, you can always ask for the amendment request that can be:

⚪ Repair, partially change of Tattoo Machine.

⚪ Ask for a new tattoo machine or tattoo kit( If evidence shows there's no solution to repair the deficiencies)

⚪ Technic support

You will lose the warranty if your machine is damaged by negligence or is opened by unauthorized staff/personnel.

Please remember, we have patented tools to open the machines.

You will lose the warranty as well if liquids enter the engine because you used non-Rhein/CNC/Quelle/Stigma cartridges and accessories. We can only guarantee a well-functioning workflow if you use original Stigma products.

Returns and exchanges

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.

If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss.

Once you have emailed sales@rheintattoosupply.com and all return requirements are met, you will receive a return authorization.

 After the package is delivered to the courier company, we will get a tracking number and we will send it to you by email. Please check for order tracking emails.

You can also log in your account to see your order status.

If your order has been submitted to the courier and is in transit, we cannot cancel such an order but you can return the order upon receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our staff to cancel your order.

We will arrange the shipment within 1-2 days after receiving the order, the shipment time may vary according to the customs requirements of different regions.

Normally, we'll choose DHL, Fedex, UPS.
