Very happy with my purchase. Awesome liner, awesome color packer, makes my shading smooth as butter.

The machine arrived safely and quickly. It is very light and runs quietly. The 2 batteries supplied (very practical) fit perfectly and close magnetically. It's super well packaged, makes a really nice addition to my collection.

I like these better than the other ones I ordered. The needle is more secure and works great overall.

The pen is very comfortable to hold and use. I found that it worked very quietly but more importantly, I was able to hold it very steadily with minimal vibrating. Compared to my experience with other pens, I found that I was able to make fine lines a lot better and without jittering as much.

These carts are top notch! You cannot go wrong with these cartridges... They are beyond high quality!

These are an absolute game changer. I’ve used the 1011RL’s and it worked perfectly well. The silicone part helps a lot with controlling the needle and gun. Definitely going to order a bunch more.

So far I have tried the 13 mags in this brand. They are nice! I just ordered some more of these 13 mags plus a couple kinds of liner groupings. Hopefully those are as good as these.

No complaints about any of them, they fit securely and have given me no issues. At first I intended to use them only for practice but these are totally suitable for actual tattooing.

The little grip on the top part of the needle make it super comfortable when working for hours on end!

Everything is as it's said in the description. The pen is very easy to control in hand not too buzzy and I really like the design and fit.

I love it so far! my only complaint is it didn't come w the powercord i thought it came with. Good thing i ordered a portable battery to go w it. But ya, it's strong but soft and i can pull off light gray fade in and outs w out over doing the skin and getting it where i want it sooner

I wanted a pen style machine that I could afford on a small budget. I think I struck gold! Solid, simple and easy to use. I also purchased the wireless battery pack, which I have to say is insanely long lasting! Customer service is incredible! I had a few questions before I purchased which the response time is phenomenal! I will be 100% buy from this company again! By the way, check out the reviews on YouTube about the CNC Q2 there's lots of information on this little gem of a machine!

The quality and care in the presentation are very good, similar to other machines of the same manufacturer. It includes a seemingly good quality
silicone RCA cable and spare O-rings, which is to be appreciated. This small pen is surprisingly light, with only 120 grams it has a very small engine
and "direct drive" punching system. It feels like it's made of premium materials. Waiting to prove it my expectations are high, especially to make shading,
