Return & Refunds

You have approximately 1-2 days to cancel your order before your ordered items are delivered to the delivery company. You should check with our customer service to determine the status of your package.

As a safety precaution for our customers, it is our policy to not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or tubes. We do understand that things do happen, and in those scenarios, we encourage you to call us(or WhatsApp message) at +8619957983287.

For defective products, replacements will be sent out.

For items no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in a new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back.

All issues must be reported within 2 days after shipment arrives and all returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

PROCEDURE

Simply email us at sales@rheintattoosupply.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Reason for return

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.

If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed sales@rheintattoosupply.com and all return requirements are met; you will receive a return authorization.

Please include your order number in your return package. Pack your item securely, use a sturdy box, and include padding such as packing bubbles or in a self-adhesive padded envelope. Send back in secure packaging to the address provided on the return authorization within thirty (30) days.

If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the buyer assumes responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
